Reporting an Issue

Emergencies

In case of a medical emergency, fire or police incident, please call 911 immediately.

If your emergency is related to property damage due to a leak, flood, lack of heat, lack of hot water, inoperable elevators or other urgent matters, please call our office during regular office hours at (604) 684-3515, or the after-hours call center at (778) 731-8968.

Repairs

For non-urgent repair items, please either complete the online form below, or complete a paper Request for Repairs form and place it in the manager’s box at your building. Paper forms are picked up twice a week and prioritized based on urgency.

 

Request for Repairs


  • Submitting this request will authorize the Building Manager and/or Contractor to have access to my suite at any time between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30PM on their earliest convenient day to perform the requested repairs.

  • During COVID-19, residents MUST wear a mask or vacate suite while repairs are in process. PLEASE NOTE we will not perform repairs unless these guidelines are met. A mask will be provided upon request. Thanks for your co-operation.

      If you have a photo of the issue, you can upload it here (optional). This form accepts the following image file formats: .jpg/.jpeg, .png, .gif, and .heic only. (You can upload a maximum of 3 files. Each file must be 8MB or less.)

    Complaints

    If you have a complaint about another resident, try to talk to your neighbour first. People often don’t realize and don’t mean to disturb their neighbours. If issues cannot be resolved, please complete and submit a written complaint using the appropriate complaint form.

    All complaints and other issues must be submitted in writing on our complaints form and must contain details including time, date and nature of the incident. Verbal and anonymous complaints cannot be accepted. Please note all residents have the right to dispute complaints.
