As Brightside continues to follow the recommendations of public health authorities, we are committed to taking a cautious and phased approach to better protect both residents and staff.

Therefore, please be advised that Brightside’s office will remain closed to incoming guests until further notice. Effective immediately, we will no longer provide in-person service to residents unless they have an appointment. Note that essential in-suite repairs will continue in adherence with COVID-19 safety guidelines.

We encourage all residents to to refrain from visiting the office and to stay safe at home wherever possible; our staff have been encouraged to do the same. The external drop-box located outside the office entrance will still be available for use/drop-offs when necessary.
