Brightside’s proposal for 1425 & 1451 East 12th Avenue in Grandview-Woodland received unanimous approval from Vancouver City Council at a Public Hearing held last Tuesday (July 21st).
The unanimous approval by City Council of our proposal for 1425/1451 East 12th Avenue represents a huge milestone for Brightside, and demonstrates a clear recognition of the need for more non-market housing projects like this in Vancouver. We are tremendously excited to begin building these new affordable, sustainable homes for senior renters in the Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood.
