Shannon Davidson is Brightside’s Director of Property Services. He is most often found on-site at Brightside’s various properties, coordinating the efforts of the maintenance team, various contractors and service providers on suite maintenance and renovations. Shannon brings over 20+ years of construction experience to this demanding role and has raised the bar for Brightside’s quality control standards. Shannon is strongly committed to customer service excellence and maintaining a happy and healthy resident community.
