Wilson Heights Manor is a low-rise wood-frame building with one- and two-bedroom units. This property is subject to an operating agreement with BC Housing, so applicants must have a BC Housing registration number. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
In 1992, the partnership with the B.C. and federal governments saw the development of Wilson Heights Manor on land leased from the Wilson Heights United Church, which aligned with an expansion of the Brightside’s mandate to include families and people with disabilities. The building features laundry, an amenity room, balconies and an elevator. Storage lockers and parking stalls are subject to availability.
