Maple Knoll House (formerly Moreland Kennedy House) is a medium-rise concrete building with bachelor and one-bedroom suites. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
Maple Knoll House was built in 1973 with seed money and land from the Kitsilano United Church. The building features shared laundry, an elevator and balconies. Storage lockers and limited parking stalls are subject to availability.
Brightside changed the name of the building to Maple Knoll House in 2026 with input from the Brightside community of residents and staff. The new name reflects a more inclusive and nature-based naming convention and was given to the building after completion of a major building-wide net zero retrofit.
