Burrard Manor is a low-rise wood-frame building with bachelor and few one-bedroom units. The property does not receive government subsidies, so applicants do not need BC Housing registration numbers. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
With the donation of land from the Burrard Lions Club, Burrard Manor was developed and opened in 1967. The building features shared laundry. Storage lockers and limited parking stalls are subject to availability.
