The World Health Organization has declared Coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic. Brightside is responding to address the health, safety, and well-being of our residents and staff.

• The Brightside Office will be closed to all incoming visitors. We ask all residents to refrain from visiting the office until further notice.

• As an essential service, Brightside office operations will continue, but no in-person service or meetings will be provided.

• We will be suspending all in-suite repairs and maintenance until further notice. Our Field staff will only be responding to emergency repairs at this time.

• All Brightside community activities and events will be suspended, and we will not be accepting any new booking requests for Amenity Rooms until further notice.

Brightside will continue to manage the buildings and business operations, while being cognizant of the changing nature of this virus. We will make efforts to keep residents updated.
