Brightside is pleased to share our cumulative 2019-2022 Impact Report.
The past four years have been eventful and Brightside has achieved many important milestones, despite the pandemic. We have four redevelopment projects in the works that will see nearly 500 newly constructed affordable rental homes once complete. Our resident-centric approach has new focus with the establishment of a Community Development and Resident Support team. And Brightside celebrated its 70th anniversary in June.
